Vanessa is an extremely hard working and proactive agent. Our experience buying our first home with Vanessa was excellent throughout the whole process. She was flexible with her time and the locations for property viewings. She took the time to look at properties for us to determine if it would be worthwhile to check them out or place an offer. She provided valuable market insight and information on the entire process, from MLS details to the inspection, appraisal, negotiations, hiring a contractor, and anything we needed to complete our purchase. In our case, we purchased and older home - she did all the research on inspectors and went with inspectors with good ratings within the property locale. She also suggested we inspect the roof and found an inspector for that as well. We had to have a contractor come in and fix some issues before the sale, and Vanessa was able to negotiate with the sellers to have everything done before closing. She drove out to the property for anything that needed to be done, and to perform quality checks - she wanted to make sure we were happy before waiving any contingencies. She helped us close quickly and was such a valuable teammate in purchasing our home. She worked within our budget, negotiated effectively, and helped got us into our first home! We’ll definitely be recommending her to our friends and family, and have her as an agent when the time comes for an upgrade!
