Vanessa is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Vanessa really took the time to walk us through the process and answers any questions that we had. She also made sure to help us with things that we may not have even known/though about! She worked very closely with our bank/loan officer to make sure things were in order and we were hitting our timelines and talked us through everything each step of the way. Lastly I would say that she was great at negotiating with the sellers agent to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were getting a fair price.

She is prompt at replying back - emails or texts. And returns phone calls as soon as she can. She knows Fremont really well and introduced us to areas, streets that we were not aware of but which met our criteria. She has been doing this for years and has the logistics part of it down well. She showed us a few properties first and got a sense of what we liked. Then she would send us properties that she was sure we would consider and also some that were a bit different from our criteria but could work.
