She walked me through the selling process, pointing out all the issues I might encounter. She was very knowledgeable as to the marketing aspects of the Bay Area. She had a plan on how best to market my property. Her suggestions for improvements proved to be the reason for the above asking price sale. Vanessa's communication skills are fantastic. She kept me informed at all times. Any questions I had were quickly responded to and addressed. A friend of mine recently sold their home. But, they forgot to cancel their insurance policy. Vanessa provided a timeline. She listed the exact dates that I was to cancel all third-party commitments such as utilities, cable, mail, insurance, change of address, etc. Vanessa's professionalism was exemplary.
