I normally don't write reviews but felt if was important in this case. I had my house for sale over 5 months with a previous agent and got no legitimate offers with very little feedback and felt doomed and hopeless before I gave my listing to Vanessa. This is when everything changed. Within the very first week Vanessa got me a full price offer and got my house to close during the same month. Not only did she get me full price offer but she also made sure we had all the necessary home improvements so the inspection process went smooth. If people tell you it doesn't matter who you use to list your house, they are horribly mistaken. I was one of those people before I got to work with Vanessa, not only was she extremely professional but she was so proactive during the entire process. Vanessa knows her craft inside and out and works closely with all parties to make sure you stay on track. I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of other people during my career and can honestly say in my opinion that Vanessa is in that top 99.9 %. What I liked best about Vanessa is that she is straightforward honest and trustworthy. If she tells you something you don't have to second guess her or wonder if you are getting the real story or if she knows what she is talking about. Another thing I really loved about Vanessa is her communication skills. You don't have to track her down and ask what is going on. She sent me feedback on everything without asking from showings, from the title company, from the HOA, from the banks from everything. It was truly an Amazing Experience. Vanessa is simply Awesome. She always answers her phone or if not she will call or text you back quickly which is so refreshing. You get the feeling that she truly cares about your home and is going to make sure you have the best chance to sell your home. Vanessa had an impossible task- take over from another realtor and sell my house with a closing within 30 days. She is a Wonder Woman! Vanessa was great! We were not living in FL at the time of her showing the house and getting it sold, and she walked us through all steps, was very communicative. She guided us in the price of the house which I believe helped us sell the house faster than I had anticipated due to the large qty of houses up for sale in the development.
