We were very fortunate to find Vance as our realtor right away. My husband and I are preparing for our move to NC and we did not know anyone in the area. By signing up in their website, Vance was the very first one to call me within minutes. Although I was hesitant to trust him at first, other people’s reviews about him helped us decide that he would be a perfect match for us. And he did not disappoint. There were a few hiccups in the process of us buying a house. But Vance filled that gap and went above and beyond for us! The seller wasn’t the easiest to work with, and Vance ensured that we would still be comfortable buying the house we love. His work ethic is outstanding!
