Vance and his team are a wonderful. We were nervous about buying our second home since the first home buying experience was not great. He was patient, kind and honest. He understood what we were looking for and always made sure that we were taking care of in every step of the process. He was wonderful with our twins and was never bothered by our questions and simplified his answers so he made sure we understood. All in all I would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.
