My husband and I planned to sell our home due to a job change. We contacted Valli to help us sell our place and locate a new one. She didn't try to push us to buy some house out of our budget just to get a higher commission either. In fact, the house we purchased didn't even fit our initial requirements and was well below our budget. She insisted we see it because she just knew we would love it. And she was absolutely right. After looking at it for 30 minutes we put an offer in. It just is the perfect house for us. And she managed to sell our house which was over a hundred years old in less than 6 months. The whole time we really felt like we were a priority to her. It was a wonderful experience start to finish.
