Valli Harry made our buying experience feel less overwhelming and easier. She was very patient in our search for the right property for us. For all the properties we looked at online, she gave us all disclosures and found out as much as she could on the property so we could make the best choice and save time by not looking at properties we wouldn’t want. Being first time buyers, everything seemed a little overwhelming trying to understand the steps we were at and what to do. She was very knowledgeable in the process and what all the disclosure terms meant which made it much easier to understand. She helped guide us step by step. My husband and I planned to sell our home due to a job change. We contacted Valli to help us sell our place and locate a new one. She meet with us to discuss what we could expect for property values when selling our home and loan types for buying the new place. She was very helpful and eager to help us find the perfect place. It turned out we did not need to move after all, and we did not sell our place, but should we plan to sell again at some future time we will ask Valli to be our realtor again.

Valli was wonderful to work with both in selling our house and purchasing. She was diligent, highly responsive and (most importantly) so caring. She didn't try to push us to buy some house out of our budget just to get a higher commission either. In fact, the house we purchased didn't even fit our initial requirements and was well below our budget. She insisted we see it because she just knew we would love it. And she was absolutely right. After looking at it for 30 minutes we put an offer in. It just is the perfect house for us. And she managed to sell our house which was over a hundred years old in less than 6 months. The whole time we really felt like we were a priority to her. It was a wonderful experience start to finish.
