Pleasantly Surprised

From my first meeting with Valli to the closing on my New/Old home I couldn’t have been more pleased with Valli’s knowledge of the area I was wanting to live in. She was professional, friendly and always available. She really listened to my criteria for the home I would be moving to from out of state. She was comfortable with the fact that more than likely I would be buying a house I wouldn’t see in person. Valli would look at MANY houses while FaceTiming me and taking LOTS of pictures. When I didn’t get the first house I put an offer on she wasn’t discouraged, if anything more determined. She sent a cover letter to neighboring families asking if they were interested in selling or knew anyone interested. Surprisingly this is how I acquired a seller! Valli walked me through the purchasing negotiations, all the inspections required and so much more. And her services didn’t stop there. I wasn’t going to be moving into the home for three months after purchasing. Valli continued to watch over the house bringing in mail/boxes. She was even there the day 4 pods were delivered directing them where to be placed. Valli has helped with all utility hook ups. She has given me excellent recommendations for deck replacement, renovation services, painters, and Generx system. Throughout the whole process I always felt that Valli had my best interest at heart and worked on finding me a home like she was looking for her family. I would recommend Valli Crockett as a realtor to anyone searching for a home.
