From my first meeting with Valli to the closing on my New/Old home I couldn’t have been more pleased with Valli’s knowledge of the area I was wanting to live in. She was professional, friendly and always available. She really listened to my criteria for the home I would be moving to from out of state. She was comfortable with the fact that more than likely I would be buying a house I wouldn’t see in person. Valli would look at MANY houses while FaceTiming me and taking LOTS of pictures. Valli was a absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond what we expected in searching for a piece of property for a future building site in the Idaho springs area. We had tried a few other agents in the past but with a land property purchases we found it’s a entirely different process then a home purchase and finding a great agent was far and few between. Her knowledge then quickly surpassed our expectations in the paper work phase by submitting our initial offer quickly, helping us land a great interest rate/term at a local credit union for the raw land loan, and helped fight on our side negotiating back & forth ultimately landing our dream property under contract and under list price right were we were financially comfortable spending as well. She also helped us prepare & communicate with all parties involved aiding a earlier closing to give us time to start clearing the build site this season. That was a huge win for us as having a nice agent (in the showing phase) is one thing but this is our 3rd purchase & having a agent on your side during the negotiating phase is something that is way more valuable and it really felt Valli fought on our side which is something every buyer not always gets and in our opinion really sets apart Valli from some agents we have used in the past.
