We could not have asked for a better real estate professional than Valerie Ziegenfuss, Overall, Valerie was extremely pleasant to work with and made us feel comfortable right from the start. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She was constructive in her recommendations without ever being pushy. During the purchase, Valerie went above and beyond the call of duty by scheduling appointments and meeting with various contractors at the home we were purchasing in order to develop an estimate for those items from the inspection report requiring repairs/corrective actions. This estimate was used as a basis for negotiating credit with the seller. Having recently dealt with a lackluster realtor in the sale of our home in another state, we saw a marked contrast in the level of care, quality and service. We would not hesitate to use Valerie again if the situation arises again. And by the way, thanks largely to Valerie, we found a wonderful home in a great area and within our price range.

She has helped us find a great place as first time home buyers. I would use her services again in a heartbeat if we needed to move again. She was able to send us many listings and was available for showings around our schedule.
