What a blessing to be referred to Valerie and to have her as our Agent. Working with her was easy and fun. Initially she spent several months with us getting to know us, as well as refine what we wanted. As we were coming from out of state the entire process took over a year and four visits. Valerie kept us informed of houses that were either currently on the market or coming on the market, and gladly walked through one with us over Face-Time. She provided us with an array of about twenty houses to look at, as well as arranging for us to see houses that we found. After we found "our house" she made the closing process easy, and helped us to find a wonderful painter so we could personalize our house, as well as assisting us with other post purchase needs. We feel Valerie really knows this market and area very well. She promptly answers communications and is always warm, friendly and professional. We feel we have also made a friend. Valerie was responsive in terms of listening to my description of the home I was looking to purchase. She was knowledgeable about market trends as interest rates went up and accurately assessed the seller's position. (In this case the seller wanted to move before Xmas.) She was patient with my many questions and well informed about what to look for in terms of hidden issues with the property as well as obvious ones. This information was useful in later negotiations with the seller. For example, she identified issues with the HVAC unit that the sellers repaired. Other information was useful in later negotiations with the seller. Valerie displayed composure during the back and forth of negotiations and was readily available. In general she walked me through the complicated process of buying a house by informing me about what to expect.. She was knowledgeable about resources and gave referrals, e.g., for an inspector who was very detail oriented and a contractor to give an estimate on the cost of repairs. She also recommended "Thumbtack" through which I found a handyman.

We were very happy to have Valerie help us buy a home. She stepped up when we needed her. We appreciated her knowledge and insight of the area. We would definately recommend her services for any in the market to buy a new home.

Valerie got me through 4 extensions over four months during COVID from the seller changing their name to repeat last minute surprises from the lender. Like she said, 'All I can say is WOW!' Thank you Valerie for not going off the deep end because I almost did, lol!
