Ms Safar out of all I spoke with listen to my needs and was honest, Ms Safar didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear but the facts. Comps in the areas and her professional knowledge of what my home should sell for I listed my house with Ms Safar and she always gave me updates what was the next step Ms Safar went far and above what i anticipated. Prior to open house she came over the night before and made sure the house was clean and ready to show and even stayed and gave me suggestions what needed to be done Which I listen and took her advice. A five star realtor!!! We had such a positive experience with Valerie Safar. She was on top of things from the beginning. She was very professional and precise, and we defiantly felt she had our best interest at heart. We had lived in our home for 47yrs. There was a lot of emotion selling our home. I am deaf and read lips, and she was so patient and always tried to face me when she talked. I recommend her highly.
