Ms Safar out of all I spoke with listen to my needs and was honest, Ms Safar didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear but the facts. Comps in the areas and her professional knowledge of what my home should sell for I listed my house with Ms Safar and she always gave me updates what was the next step Ms Safar went far and above what i anticipated. Prior to open house she came over the night before and made sure the house was clean and ready to show and even stayed and gave me suggestions what needed to be done Which I listen and took her advice. The house received 3 offers that day after the weekend of open house she sat with me and showed me the pros and cons with each offer. And we accepted the strongest offer even though little less than what I was hoping for but the seller was strong. Bottom line what Ms Safat advised me what my house should sell for the range. Valerie was very professional to work with she put our house on the market and sold it within one day.She also helped us purchase our new home and made sure everything went smooth with that as well. All problems that came up in the sale of our house or the purchase of our new house she took care of immediately. Any questions we had she had to answer for.
