Hands down my favorite agent!
Val takes the time to really evaluate the market and help you get the best price. She is always very quick to respond, provide timely updates and follow up with potentials buyers/agents with a knack for really selling the home! She helps with all the small details to make sure everything is ready to go for closing and even gets you through anything unexpected/tricky. She has all the best industry contacts and is always a great and our #1 go to resource for us as we buy and sell our homes! Simply amazing!
