We had Val over to see the house and give us a ballpark. The next day there was a stager and organizer to help me pack. By the end of the week we were having an open house. Throughout all the challenges there are selling a house in this market, she persisted, often thinking outside the box w several of our offers. We took a trip to Europe in the middle of the process and Val prepped the house, walked our dog in our absence and kept us informed. She was always coming up w new marketing.
