This home was an estate scenario whereby I was the executor. Valerie understood the requirements for homes in California probate. Additionally, Valerie knew the neighborhood and surrounding Calabasas area and real estate market, which really helped price correctly for buyers. She also took care of the painters, cleaning etc while I was back in my home state of Florida. All went pretty well, and am very happy with her expertise and support.

Valerie was tremendous in all respects in acting as the broker in the sale of our house, which turned out to be a very complicated and politically fraught transaction. She began with a terrifically executed marketing plan and aggressive pricing, and then helped negotiate an initial sale. That sale fell out of escrow through not fault of Valerie's and the market became a toxic place of political intrigue. Valerie never faltered and quickly initiated and executed a back-up plan that got us to the place we needed to be. Terrific job all around.

We had Val over to see the house and give us a ballpark. The next day there was a stager and organizer to help me pack. By the end of the week we were having an open house. Throughout all the challenges there are selling a house in this market, she persisted, often thinking outside the box w several of our offers. We took a trip to Europe in the middle of the process and Val prepped the house, walked our dog in our absence and kept us informed. She was always coming up w new marketing. She made herself available for every drop in. She makes you feel like you’re the only client she has. Great experience. Happy w the sale. She’s even hand holding after, making sure there’s no loose ends. Such a professional. Could not be happier.
