Val was appropriately aggressive on price - relative to other realtors, she recommended pricing quite aggressively, given market conditions, comps etc which was well analyzed and presented. We unquestionably sold at several hundred thousand higher due to her advice and follow through. She is incredibly professional, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic. It impacts potential buyers, other realtors and makes the selling process tolerable! She provided significantly more service and problem resolution than I could have imagined or expected. She had answers for everything, had trustworthy, responsive trades available for home prep and for inspection repairs, remediations etc if required and she confidently guided us as to what to accept and what to push back on through negotiations.
