She was able to recommend a great home inspector as well. Valerie is always available for a phone call, and had very prompt response to any requests. She was excellent at informing us of new houses on the market and helped us schedule tours quickly to be competitive. Valerie also helped us craft our offers to be most competitive and appealing to the seller, which ultimately made the difference in a fast moving market. Valerie had endless patience for our many questions, yet was also polite when telling us to cut through the clutter and get down to the important stuff. Valerie McBain was extremely personable and easy to communicate with, both in regards to what I was looking for in a house and any questions I had regarding the process of buying a house. As a first time home buyer, she also pointed out things in the houses we saw that I would not necessarily have thought to consider myself. Valerie even found and gave me a towel from her car to help with a small drip in the house I purchased (we already knew about drip but didn't see that it had gotten a little on the floor).
