Valerie McBain was extremely personable and easy to communicate with, both in regards to what I was looking for in a house and any questions I had regarding the process of buying a house. As a first time home buyer, she also pointed out things in the houses we saw that I would not necessarily have thought to consider myself. Valerie even found and gave me a towel from her car to help with a small drip in the house I purchased (we already knew about drip but didn't see that it had gotten a little on the floor).
