Valerie Maxwell had the very traits I looked for in a Real Estate Agent. During our time together, she was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and would respond to all calls. She was extremely helpful in answering all questions presented and had the ability to calm nerves and quash any concerns. The biggest benefit to having Valerie as an agent was her even tempered nature. She dealt with stressful situations quite well; even one caused by a historical and unreasonable client (I had a moment). However, she never lost her cool and remained calm, respectful, and understanding. She priced my home (exactly as appraised), and it was sold in three days.
