Valerie did an outstanding job and we are so thankful for her diligent work and tenacity through our first home buying experience. Upon review of the disclosures from prior inspections of our home, we noticed an issue that was going to be a dealbreaker. We were crushed. Valerie met with us to discuss the issue with the seller, called in an independent specialist to evaluate the issue, advocated for us and completed her role as intermediary, ensuring that our stress levels were kept at a minimum. She handled the entire process with the seller, lender, inspector, independent specialist and escrow agency with top tier professionalism and made herself available to us anytime we needed her. We are so pleased that everything worked out. As first time home buyers we were very naive to the process and Valerie went above and beyond for us. We can't thank Valerie enough. Valerie is an amazing realtor! She is always prompt in her communications, happily answers any questions we may have, is thorough in her research, and is overall just great to work with. When going on tours of homes, she made sure to point out potential issues, as well as perks that we may not have noticed. She never pressured us to put offers on houses that may not have been perfect, and gave excellent guidance while writing offers. Just to put into context how great she is, we bought a house in one of the hottest sellers markets in the country, during one of the biggest sellers markets in history. We got the perfect house for a fair price, and even were able to negotiate substantial credits back from the sellers for repairs. In this market, that is unheard of, and we couldn't have done it without her. Valerie is a caring, thoughtful individual, and we absolutely recommend her!
