Valerie Dellandre went above and beyond in ensuring that my home was staged beautifully before photos were taken. With me being located in Arizona, she basically managed the property from staging to maintaining its cleanliness to weekly check ups. Valerie's was very big on communication and following up with the Buyer's Agent to the contractors assisting with repairs. She answered my phone calls immediately and responded to my emails very quickly, sometimes, very late at night or early in the morning. Also, a few Zoom meetings took place so that she can explain the entire process of selling a house and go over the paperwork. She was a great teacher! I want to give a big THANK YOU to Valerie for a job well done. It's not easy selling a house while being located in another state but she truly stepped up and relieved some of my stress throughout the process. Exceptional service and I have already referred her to friends and family! :) I will definitely choose to work with Valerie again!
