I would recommend Valerie, anytime, no hesitations. She was always responsive, efficient, smart and managed to stay compassionate without compromising her professionalism. She gave us the best realty experience with selling our home and purchasing our new one. It wasn't just that we sold our home for over asking price or landed our dream home- she turned the experience into what it should be- a fun and exciting time! She always had a smile on her face and was very knowledgeable about the process. Her on-line document signing process was quick and easy to use. She has the best photographer for listings. A year later, I called because I accidentally sent a package to our old address and she immediately went to the other realtor and was able to get the contact info for the family who bought our home so we could set up a pick-up. It wasn't her fault, it wasn't her responsibility, but it is a great example of how she rocks and goes above and beyond day in and day out. If we ever sell or buy again, she is the only realtor I would return to!

I couldn't imagine going through this process without Val's always professional, yet caring approach!
