We found a piece of property we were interested in and Valerie was very easy to work with. It was our first time ever working with a real estate agent and it was such a relief to have some one help us through the process. Any questions I had she answered in a timely manner and in the end we ended up with our own piece of country.
Let me tell you how easy pesy it was. I called when her sign was on an adjacent property. I called and she jumped into action. She took down the information and immediately had me listed. She was able to sell my property within weeks. She is very knowable in real estate. She is a pleasant to work with. She keeps in touch regularly. She even voluntary to check up on a friend of mine. I said every thing but I left out she's pleasant too.
Valerie did a great job selling my home.. she takes the photos herself and they are really good!!she went out of her way to help me with everything and any questions I had.. I would highly recommend her.. just a lovely person all the way around!!
She really listened to us and thought outside of the box in finding us a perfect place. She stayed calm in all ways and was very actively working to make things happen in a timely manner. She was always "early" for every meeting and appointments. She makes you feel special and as if she is really working for you!
Valerie was very patient and kind with us. We did our house hunt virtually due to be in Arizona. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns. She gave us her opinions of each house she did virtual visits on for us. She made the process extremely easy for. If you are looking to buy or sell we highly recommend Valerie.
Valerie went out of her way before masks were ever mandated any place to fulfill our request that she wear a mask due to my husband’s extreme health risks. We were very pleased that she honored our wishes despite the unpleasantness of doing so, especially with the summer heat. In addition to her being the consummate professional when it came to being our buyer’s agent, she demonstrated patience with our requested showings (several very last minute), a good sense of humor and a willingness to assist us however possible. Having bought houses in the past, we like an agent who does not try to push a decision on which house to buy. . Valerie simply commented on a couple of positives and negatives, allowing us to form our own opinions. We highly recommend Valerie Barber. She assisted us in buying our new home in the lovely Lakes of Mount Dora 55+ community, which fulfills exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Valerie Barber. As a gift to us, she offered a Home Warranty Plan, which we felt was an absolutely outstanding gesture.
Valerie Barber is excellent, very congenial, I would double her score of 5. I will highly recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank You Valerie you were Great!!!
I would highly recommend Valerie to our friends and family. Valerie is very friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, all qualities you would want in a realtor in selling your home. Valerie was certainly a partner with us and worked to help us navigate through some of the challenges that come with selling an older home. Her diligence and commitment towards reaching a successful sale left us extremely grateful to have her representing our interests throughout the home selling process. I am confident she will do the same for you and all her clients.
