My experience with Valerie Barber was outstanding! I was eager to find a small piece of land for my fishing weekends. Within 1 month, from finding location to close, I was the owner of my fishing retreat land. All questions were answered quickly, accurately, and everything was so efficient and easy. I did everything from my office at home. It was so efficient, that my daily routine was not not even interrupted in the slightest. Absolutely outstanding Realtor! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! THANK YOU VALERIE BARBER! I will be sending anyone I know your way!!

Valerie was an excellent realtor. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Valerie was very good at doing what I wanted, and didn't try to push her opinions on me at all. I liked that.

Truly enjoyed working with Valerie. She’s very knowledgeable, very patient and so supportive. While it seemed impossible to find the right house in a strong seller’s market, Valerie remained positive, paid attention to details, and guided us through the entire process. She guided us through negotiations that were fair to us as buyers and for the sellers. I would highly recommend working with her. Thanks to her we found the perfect house for our family.

After inquiring about a particular property Valerie contacted us to assist us. In spite of her being located a fair distance away from the home we were interested in she was more than willing to come and show us the property. She was extremely easy to work with, very pleasant and friendly, prompt in responding to questions, etc. I would highly recommend Valerie to anyone. She’s knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know the answer to something she will find it out, without hesitation. A joy to work with!

Valerie Barber should be your agent! We met Valerie when we asked for the showing of a home. She is someone you can trust. If she doesn't know the answer she'll tell you but she will find it out. She was available anytime we wanted to see a home, knew what to look for in a home and would let us know if there were problems. Once we put an offer in on a house she followed up and made sure everything was done that needed to be done. Once our offer was accepted she went step by step with us right up to closing. It was great having her knowledge and answers throughout. You won't be disappointed with Valerie as your realtor.

Our experience with Mrs Barber was not only professional but the way she carried herself she was very prompt to respond back to any questions or concerns we have buying a home is a long process and nerve-racking waiting and hopeful of the things but you always eased her mind and concerns answered any questions we had and help calm those anticipation nerves not only did we choose a really good realtor but I consider her a friend we gained a new friend we highly recommend her

I called Valerie interested in one of her listings, with her help, myself and the sellers were able to negotiate a deal quickly, and then proceed smoothly through to closing. Although her level of fidelity to me the buyer is of course not required to be as high as to that of her clients the sellers, she treated me with upmost professionalism and a high standard of service, one can only imagine her service as your listing broker. Five star!
