We are incredibly indebted to Val. She dealt with what, at times, felt like a nearly impossible situation while maintaining her optimism and unfailing dedication with us for months. We were moving to Cali from 3000 miles away, and ran into hurdle after hurdle securing out new home-- last minute escrow issues on seller's end, other agents acting in unscrupulous manners that put us in jeopardy, not to mention my pickiness! Val never wavered and thanked us for sticking with her. We are so grateful for her support, and we have finally purchased a wonderful new home.

We are first-time homebuyers and Val was an amazing partner for us. In our first meeting, she took the time to learn what we were looking for and what was an absolute no for us. We discussed price range, neighborhoods, home features, home styles, our timeline (in no rush at all) and our ideal times for showings. She consistently sent over new listings she thought we'd like, and either met us at open houses, or set up showings for us at times that worked for us (evenings and weekends). She listened to our feedback and made adjustments from there. Though we weren't planning to buy for several months, we found the perfect house three weeks after we started looking. Val was out of town on vacation (a Saturday) but got back to us right away that she'd be ready first thing Monday morning to get an offer in. She was in touch with us and the seller's agent immediately, advised us on our offer, and gave us great advice. She knew how to put together the best package (which actually wasn't the highest price) and our offer was accepted. She stuck with us through the paperwork, negotiations, escrow and the inspections, always showing up on time and walking us through the very strange and time-consuming world of buying our first home. She kept us updated, and kept us calm and informed, through what is a stressful time (especially because our wedding date was two weeks after our escrow end date). We always felt like she was honest and forthright with us. We would recommend Val to anyone looking for a realtor, especially first-time homebuyers. We never felt pressured and always felt like we were in good hands. (And I'm writing this review sitting on the porch of our new house - thanks, Val!)
