I would recommend Val to anyone. Working with her was easy and fun. She will stay in contact with you through the whole process. She’ll answer any questions you have. She made everything happen, the week we needed it to happen. Even tho our journey with finding a house we love happened so fast, it was a pleasure working with her.

Val was heaven sent to us as a Realtor. Preparing to move from Indiana to Idaho required a lot of virtual back and forth and Val made it go as smoothly as it could. We had identified a home we liked and she was quick to follow up with all of the questions we had about it, and when I say quick I mean like within the hour. When our home in the Midwest sold she sent us a very thoughtful basket of fruit and chocolate. When we came out to Idaho to look for homes, she provided the necessary information on each home but allowed us to discuss without being right over our shoulders. She made the offer and counteroffer process easy and made sure we were able to get an inspection on the home the day before we flew back to the Midwest. She even offered to have her and her husband go back to the property to confirm all of the requested repairs had been completed since we couldn't be there until the closing day. Throughout the whole process we felt she was in our corner, was not overbearing, and ensured a low stress move on this end. We could not have been happier to have her as our Realtor.

Val showed great market knowledge of the Magic Valley and was excellent at communicating with me from out of state. She made herself available to show me properties with minimal notice that I was going to be in town. We were able to find me the perfect home with just two visits. Val was always available to answer our questions, and always accommodated us with requested house showings to meet our schedule. Kept us informed on a regular basis of what was available, and called to check up on the progress of selling our house. Even went above and beyond in taking updated pictures of our new homes progress weekly. Gave us a listing of our new neighbors,and told them to expect us. Flowers and goodies were on the table the day we arrived. We highly recommend Val as an excellent realtor to work with.
