As a first time home seller I was unsure of certian things like selling price, pictures of the property etc, I had the chance to meet & work with Vahe who not only was polite, professional, understanding, helpful & very detail oriented he also took care off every aspect of things but he wasnt pushy or aggressive yet calm & very enthusiastic to give me 1 or 2 or 3 choices and recommend one out of the three but the final choice was always mine. The guy even went ahead n bought carbon monoxide & smoke detectors for the unit I was selling because he cared about City/state laws & also because who know carbon monoxide was a danger that could be detected? Didnt even ask me to pay for them. Everyone has thier perspective on people & thier work habits and ethics but if you take just 5 mins or less to speak with real estste agents you will right away understand the difference between those pushy one minded agents n the greatness Vahe is & does.
