I have bought 3 homes with Katie Troccoli. She is very easy to do business with. Text messages are ALWAYS answered within 5 minutes or less. Katie is always available to show me homes, even when I ask her to see something last minute. Her negotiating skills are professional and fair. She knows her market well and always steers me in the right direction. I also find comfort in her knowledge of things to look for in the "bones" of a home. She helps me look for things ranging from up to code electrical work, foundation issues, and proper drainage systems and slopes of property. Though she is not an inspector, she gives me a good idea if the inspector will find issues with a property or not. And she is always correct when it comes to that, once I have a licensed inspection complete. Katie is friendly, easy to work with, and so down to earth.
