With my lack on knowledge Katie made my experience wonderful. She'd walk me through houses showing me what to look for. Any questions I had she was quick to respond and explain. I couldn't have made it through this experience without her!

My husband and I aren't in the best shape financially, but we still wanted our piece of the American dream. We saw a home that we loved but was turned down for a loan by every bank. I assumed she wouldn't work with us without an approval letter. We were wrong. She gave us advice on getting everything from credit repair, to where to find local utilities, real estate lawyers, and even a great diner. We were also on a time crunch. We only had 30 days. We didnt get the house we initally wanted, but we got a half acre of land which we closed on day 30. Everything worked out. Even when we were given bad news, she made sure we kept our spirits up. I felt like she really cared about us and was determined to make our dream come true as long as we were willing to roll up our sleeves and think outside the box. She told me she had been working in real estate for decades and it shows in her work ethic. She knows everyone in Lasalle county. That was very useful as I wasn't local to the area. I am so grateful and thankful we met her.
