Ursula helped us sell our condo in Portland, Oregon. Since we are out of town sellers, having Ursula on our side was a boon. She was very professional, meticulous and tracked every aspect of the sale process. She was amazingly helpful from coordinating with the tenant for appraisal to having all the required repairs done. She would personally visit the site along with the contractors to scope out the work and send us detail reports and recommendations. It was an extremely positive experience since she was very proactive in making sure everything was done on time. Above all, she was able to sell the condo for more than the asking price. Ursula was the realtor who represented the sellers (us) for a condo in Bethany, Portland. I've done many real-estate transactions and I can state that Ursula is one of the best I've worked with. She is very honest, up-front, does a lot more than a regular realtor. Her experience showed up from the 1st conversation I had with her over the phone. I knew she was the perfect realtor for our property. We were out-of-state sellers and she did an amazing job of hand-holding, keeping us updated on the status. She set up clear timelines and was able to meet them all the way from putting the home on the market to the sale. In our case we are renting our condo, she interfaced with the tenant, setting up the home for staging, having the home cleaned up with a tenant. The day before the deal closed the washer went out, she researched the local stores and send us the link for the best price in town!! We have a property manager who is not very good :(, so she took over the challenge of solving some of these issues w/o our property manager She is also very knowledgeable as a realtor, she helped me find the right person to do a 1031 exchange.
