Unieda was great to work with! We were selling our home while living out of state and she went above an beyond to keep us in the loop. When the winter storms hit and our house had a busted pipe and ruined the kitchen floors she worked directly with our insurance and contractors to make sure all the repairs were scheduled and taken care of. The process of selling the home and making sure that went smoothly was an overall great experience as well. If you are looking to sell your home, you can't go wrong with Unieda.

Friendly during the long days of showing houses, since we came from out of state. Once a house was chosen the communication broke down. Slow responses from the agent meant we were doing more of the info gathering that she was to provide. On move in day the agent secured movers that turned out to be unprofessional in attitude and service and we were left with damaged property.

Uneida is a professional that is very knowledgable about what she’s doing, and very honest to work with. She’s kind and considerate to her clients in any situation. If she’s your agent, she works hard to get the price that you set.

Mrs. Johnson had immeasurable patience with my wife and I and went absolutely above and beyond with every facet of the process, fielding questions from lenders/insurance/inspectors/sellers agent and so much more. Uneida is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!), she made the entire process a streamlined experience. We could not have done it without her, especially being located over 2K miles away. We don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent (and team) and we will certainly recommend her (and team) in the future. Mrs. Johnson knew exactly when to push, when to back off, and when to say "no absolutely not," for your benefit throughout the entire process. Uneida is a subject matter expert in the field and absolutely will not let you go through with something without full disclosure. She was 100% on top and ahead of every decision to be made, every form to be completed, and every house we viewed. Her communication was always consistent and she was always available, and many times would contact others (lenders, inspectors, etc...) on our behalf to keep the process churning along with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Uneida stayed in touch from day one to closing (and beyond) making sure everything was completely inline the way we wanted (perfect). Absolutely 10 of 10!
