Uma Sogani

I had the displeasure of dealing with Remax of Princeton with their realtor Ms. Uma Sogani who represented the Seller she was extremely unprofessional with my Realtor. The negotiations were 4 months long, during that whole time our listing was never placed "Under Contract or Pending" was shown and stayed FOR SALE until the closing. In addition she refused to discuss concerns that may have been resolved easily talking with realtor to realtor yet she refused told my realtor all conversation and concerns needed to be discussed with the attorneys. In addition the level of lies from the Seller was unreasonable and was counterproductive for example there was a lien on solar panels which they insisted was paid for and the truth was it was still under a lease which caused longer delays buying a house should have been a happy time and this Reality office represents a horrible experience even when we closed they didn't give us our house keys they made us wait and put them under a wet rug, my Title Company even said this was uniquely the worst closing regarding the seller's representation. My advice is to not to sell or buy homes from this office or Ms Sogani.
