Awesome Experience

Uli was great to work with throughout our entire buying process. We were out-of-town buyers and Uli always made herself available. She is a great communicator and was very timely/responsive to all of our texts, emails, calls, questions, requests, etc. We ended up building a new villa for our second home, and Uli took the initiative to keep us up-to-date during the entire construction process (weekly pictures, communication as required with the builder, etc.). As our walk-through and closing date approached, there were certain 11th hour construction issues that needed to be addressed by the builder before we would agree to closing on the property. Uli went to great lengths to navigate that entire process on our behalf and because of her efforts we were then able to successfully close. In summary, Uli was awesome to work with and we would highly recommend her to other buyers looking to purchase a home in SW Florida.
