I bought my previous home from Uli so when I knew I had to move I called Uli. I thought I would have insurmountable problems selling my home and that I would lose a fortune (My neighborhood was flooded with the last storm.) Uli suggested a much higher price and I knew she was the expert. And I sold close to that. I did not have to lower my price either. During the inspection as each situation/problem came up one by one Uli's team put their skill and knowledge to work. I did not have to meet with contractors or inspectors or make phone calls. My home had wind damage and her team met with contractors and the inspector signed off on those repairs. Her team did all the travelling and work. Uli's previous experiences with homes having termites worked for me. Termites were found in the baseboard of one room. The pest control contractor had a severe solution but Uli's experience with termites suggested a better way and less expensive way to treat them. She talked with the neighbor whose garage wall was connected with my bedroom wall. She found out his hot water tank had a slow leak. The pest contractor then said that was probably what attracted the termites and agreed with Uli of the less expensive way to treat them. Uli kept me apprised of what was happening every step of the way. I kept saying to friends and co-workers "I am so lucky". Uli was so calm and positive all the way. After each phone call it ended with a positive vibe. I will miss her calls. I have never in all my years and homes I have bought had a broker/realtor solve problems and get things done with such excellance. Again, I am so lucky.
