Uli was always available when I had questions about what to do to be sure the villa presented well. Feedback about that was always positive. I understand that fees in that community are higher than most so when I was offered 9 thousand below asking price I was disappointed. I must agree that she the price we got was fair and hanging on longer would have cost the estate more money than we were willing to pay. Besides another realtor wanted to list it but with Uli’s style we garnered, after closing fees, what the other realtor had intended to ask initially. So Uli knows what her markets; and, I was impressed with her consistent stamina in trying to sell the place. The professional photographer Uli uses is an excellent tool! That is a plus especially with online clients looking before coming to a showing.
