We live in Bay Area. We wanted to buy an investment property and decided to look into Sacramento area as Bay area is out of reach. We were not familiar with real estate/ rental market so we had to heavily depend on on Gary. His knowledge of Sacramento area Market made huge difference and saved us tons of money. There was one property we liked and wanted to put an offer however Gary did his research and found out that this community allows only certain percentage of houses to be rented out. We are relieved that we did not buy this property as we would be paying second mortgage without knowing when we can rent-out our ‘rental property’. He is a very good negotiator as well. We wanted to offer 6000 more to this property but he asked us to be patience and got us great deal. Gary never pushed or rushed us. He is a patience person and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. He clearly understands Primary home vs Investment property. His knowledge helped us renting out my property within a week. I am close to get long term tenant, thanks to Gary!! Gary was incredible and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
