Tyron was extremely knowledgeable about the market in Pacific Heights and had an excellent strategy on how to price the property to drive as many potential buyers to the open houses. He did a great job managing the staging, painting and cleaning. He was hands on which I appreciated since I had moved away during the process of sellling my place. I would highly recommend him.

I would enthusiastically recommend Tyron as an agent for anyone looking to sell their home in SF. He has very deep knowledge of the area and understands how the SF real estate market is unique. He was great at explaining everything as it was our first time selling a home and we had a ton of questions. He was helpful in identifying some minor improvements to the house and working with the staging company. On top of that, he had his own group of various contractors that he had worked with before and all of their prices were very reasonable. He also did most of the quoting and managing of them to get the work done. This was especially helpful since we weren't living there any longer so stopping by to meet with them all, let them in etc would have been very inconvenient.

He helped us renovate, stage, show, and sell our place all within 30 days. In that short amount of time, I didn't need to visit our unit once before it closed. Tyron took care of everything. Tyron has been great throughout the process - definitely will work with him again. Specifically, he is: -extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the San Francisco area. As a result, we relied heavily on him for information that was not available via online search/database. He sold and bought properties in the neighborhood that we were looking to buy and Tyron was able to provide insights that only the buyer/seller would know -patient and motivated: he drove us almost every weekend to see new places for 2+ months before we made our first bid.
