Tyler was the Seller's agent. I didn't need someone to represent me as I already owned a condo in this building, so felt comfortable buying without representation. Even though he had no loyalty to me at all, he still went to bat for me to help negotiate the deal communicating back and forth with the seller very quickly since he knew I was from out of state and would be flying in the next day, but only if the deal was done. I contacted him since he was the listing agent. I had no knowledge of him or his skills prior. I was very impressed with him and his communication and timeliness even working on the deal at 11pm until it was settled and agreed. Again, no loyalty to me as I had no agreement with him, but he was there every step of the way making it very easy for me as an out of state buyer, working with the title company, and even left me a gift my this condo I bought and the others I already owned. He is truly an above average realtor who took it 10 steps above what he needed to do or what I would have expected since he wasn't representing me....it honestly felt like he was. He had this deal negotiated and closed in 2 weeks. I highly recommend him if you want to buy or even sell due to his fast communication and willingness to do whatever to get the deal done. I greatly appreciate all of his efforts.
I could not have gotten through the process of buying my first home if it wasn't for Tyler. He answered every question I had, no matter how random, and never made me feel silly for not knowing something. He was always available when I needed something and would answer in a timely manner. Tyler has lots of experience when it comes to working with military members and was extremely flexible with my every changing schedule. His system shows homes filtered based on your preferences, eliminating the hassle of sifting through homes that don't meet your wants/needs.
