We found a lot that already had house plans for it. Tyler was able to get us in to pick finishes as well as seller concessions! We were living in our camper after selling our house and he made sure we closed in a timely manner and that we were 100% happy with our home.
I have known and worked with Tyler for more than 6 years. His knowledge in our community and market is the best there is. He is always honest and up front when he thinks there could be problems and he will always make time for you when you need him. He is more than just a professional business man he is down to earth and friendly. You don’t feel like it’s just another house for him but instead it becomes a working friendship during the process.
Tyler was great, very responsive with all of our questions and needs while finding a home for my dad. And once we were under contract he kept in touch and made sure everything went smoothly!
We had the best experience with Tyler Harris and his team. Everyone treats you like family. They are very professional and do what they say. They just do everything for you. I want to recommend Realty One for any of your real estate business. Thank you so Tylar.
