We sold during a crazy time and appraisers were booked solid and difficult to get a hold of - the buyer's lender had a hard time finding someone who could come to do the appraisal and Tyler stepped up doing absolutely everything he could to push the process along. He went above and beyond in multiple ways - he was always available, night or day, to answer any questions we had or provide us with a status update. He provided guidance in areas we were unfamiliar with and never hesitated to give us a call to talk us through questions we had.
