Tyler is amazing! He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Our home buying journey was long distance and long. We moved across the country, and first met Tyler 8 months before we finally closed on our new home. While we were still far away he was sending us listings online and even offered to do live FaceTime walk through. When we finally made it to town, 5 months later, he got us set up with a short term rental! This was amazing, it was so hard to find something online, especially with our pups. Tyler helped us sell our home in Cullowhee, NC in 2021. We sold during a crazy time and appraisers were booked solid and difficult to get a hold of - the buyer's lender had a hard time finding someone who could come to do the appraisal and Tyler stepped up doing absolutely everything he could to push the process along. He went above and beyond in multiple ways - he was always available, night or day, to answer any questions we had or provide us with a status update. He provided guidance in areas we were unfamiliar with and never hesitated to give us a call to talk us through questions we had. Tyler helped my family and I both sell and buy our homes in Black Mountain, and he was an absolute dream of a realtor. He was not only on top of it (including responding to emails at all time of day and night), but he did it with a smile and a true excitement for us. He is probably the best communicator I have seen in the realtor world, and that goes a longggg way when houses are flying off the market as fast as they are. I'll also mention he negotiated down off the listing price of the house we bought (saving us a lot of money), and he got us almost $50,000 over asking price for the home we sold.....
