Trudy helped us thru every phase of selling our home. She was there for us anytime we needed her. She kept us well informed of what to expect. If a problem arose she was there to offer suggestions. We needed her to keep us on track and she understood that and did it in a very kind way. Without her help we would still be cleaning out the house and not getting much done. I will recommend Trudy to anyone talking about selling or buying property. We put our complete trust in her and was not disappointed.

Trudy was very good at communicating through the process of buying my first home and helping me navigate the tough current market we are in. From things like which areas would have what I was looking for in them and what price point I wanted to be at. She also helped me find a thorough home inspector and negotiated repairs to the property on my behalf. She seemed knowledgeable in the current market and not just in a small area giving me plenty of properties to choose from.

Trudy was always a phone call or text away when I needed her. She sat down with me and thoroughly discussed the path I needed to take in order to sell my house at the pace that I was comfortable with and how I could make the house stand out and shine. When it came time to choose an offer, she explained all of the options to a T, so that I could decide upon the best one. I would definitely recommend Trudy Tabor to someone that is buying or selling a home.

TRUDY DID AND OUTSTANDING JOBFOR ME , SHE HAD CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES ON THIS CONDO HER PERSISTENCE AND ALWAYS TELLING ME HONESTLY WHERE WE WERE AT AND SHE ALWAYS TOLD ME THE TRUTH. THAT MEANS ALOT AND AFTER THE SALE SHE STILL CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALL RIGHT THAT IS A EXCELLENT AGENT.SHE DID GREAT.
