Trudy Schoenborn is a great realtor and wonderful person. We recently relocated from Pennsylvania to Texas, and are so glad we met Trudy. She listened to our needs and helped us through the entire house hunting experience. We started with web searches and phone discussions to narrow our choices - Trudy is well versed in technology and always available for discussion, well-knowledgable, and always helpful. Then we toured almost 30 houses in a couple days...picked one, and Trudy helped us through a successful negotiation process. She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects, including location, construction quality, inspections, financing, negotiation, followup - she helped us with everything and listened to our needs. It's now six months later. We are enjoying our new home, and have invited Trudy over for dinner next weekend to show her our new home and share stories.
