Troy was with me every step of the way, checking in every few days and dropping by at least once a week to help me in any way he could. For the photo shoot, he gave me suggestions for staging each room that maximized the space and used camera angles that captured the openness of the floor plan. His marketing is extremely impressive and we really enjoyed watching our TV commercial. Troy's strategy and listing price not only covered our renovation investment by far, but by the time we sold, it was only one day on the market! We exceeded the last very similar sold home by $25,000 more! We were amazed because even those last sold in our neighborhood were very high prices! He did as he said he would and smashed the current record with our home! Troy has been extremely professional throughout the entire process.
