Troy Hooper

We were searching for home rentals on Zillow, and were submitting inquiries online. Troy was the only one who responded, and not only did he respond with an answer to our question about the particular listing we submitted on, he went above and beyond by suggesting other homes we may be interested in and asking us to tell him more of what we are looking for so he could set up a listing search/alert. When we later met him, we found him to be very professional and helpful (never, ever pushy), and the thing that we really liked was that he was extremely responsive via email and even text message. He clearly works very hard (at it 7 days a week) and was always willing to show us a home (or try to)...he never got impatient with us for wanting to continue to look. He also never minded that we usually had to have all of our kids with us when looking and was very nice to them. Even after we signed documents, he still followed up on every last detail to make the process go smooth and to make sure we were happy. It was clear that he was busy with other homes he was actually listing to sell, but he never made us feel like we were wasting his time as clients only searching to rent. Extremely helpful...we would refer him to anyone.
