I've was a real estate broker in the Portland/Vancouver area for nearly 30 years, and the last 5 years or so before I retired a couple years ago I worked out of Troy's office, NW Realty Source. He was not only a good boss and manager, but he's also an honorable, upfront, and good man period, and cares about his agents and his clients. I have still have license but when I decided to sell one of my long-term rentals, I turned it over to him and glad I did. It was not a easy property; post and pier foundation, sloping floors, windows that had issues, a retaining wall that was bowed, so it was the type of property that can a lot of potential buyers. Because of that we had two sale fails, but he kept at it, and the third sale was the charm and it got done, and he got it done and I 'm thankful for that.
