Troy was excellent with his knowledge of real estate and communication. From looking at houses, to asking the sellers questions that I had, he was very speedy with response times and always made sure I understood every step of the buying process. He is an honest, kind and knowledgeable realtor. I will definitely use him again if needed in the future.
We had a fantastic experience working with Troy. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. As first time homebuyers, his expertise and attention to detail helped us negotiate beyond what we were looking for! His knowledge of the VA home loan and general contractors license were incredibly valuable through this entire process. We felt supported and well-informed, couldn’t recommend Troy more highly!
Troy was tremendously helpful through the whole process! Before, during, and after the purchase. You can tell he cares about his clients.
Working with Troy made the whole process easy with his extensive knowledge and determination.
Troy took the guess work and uncertainty out of the entire process. Knowledgeful of my needs/wants plus of the industry and process. Made this transition seamless. I would highly recommend him to any veteran trying to purchase a home.
Troy was extremely easy and pleasant to work with. He was on top of things we didn't even think of and pointed out things that could be possible issues on homes we looked at. He helped us quickly and made sure we saw a good range of houses since we weren't quite settled on what we wanted. I would work with him again and recommend him to anyone I know. He definitely went above and beyond for us.
As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot to learn, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have had Troy helping me out. He is patient, knowledgeable, and perceptive, but what stood out most to me was how well he communicated everything to me. Troy explained the process in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and that was extremely beneficial for me to feel informed and confident each step of the way. Each time we visited a house, I never felt stressed out or pressured. In fact, it was the opposite: Troy genuinely wanted me to find the right home for me. He was perceptive, honest, and gave thoughtful insights into the pros and cons of every property we visited. I always felt like he was on my side and looking out for my best interests. If you're looking for a realtor who will treat you with respect, give you an honest perspective about a house, and go above and beyond to help you find the right home, Troy Doty is absolutely the one you want by your side.
Troy Doty of NW Realty Source was able to find a home that met all of our needs in a short amount of time. He was able to find a home in our lower price range, still having the amount of bedrooms and home size desired, when we really didn't know if that was possible. I've never had another realtor who was so accessible and willing to put us first throughout our time working with him. I highly recommend using Troy for your realtor as I don't believe there is a better one out there! We will definitely be using him again if we decide to ever buy another home and will be recommending him to all our friends. Thanks, Troy!!
Troy has been an amazing realtor, not only as a professional but also such a nice person. He’s always available for me and willing to go an extra mile for my request. Followed his advice ended up a great result. He’s very patient, knowledgeable and was easy to work with. I recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
We interviewed several real estate agents to help us sell our home in Beaverton. Troy Doty was well prepared and made a professional impression right from the start. He provides a well rounded set of services for a very competitive fee, most importantly for us was that he had a significant number of recent sales in our market. Communication with Troy was excellent throughout the entire sale process, he kept us up to date on anything that was happening and was easy to get hold of when needed. In the lead up to listing our property Troy provided great feedback on what things to pay attention to. Troy recommended several companies for staging our home, but since we were still living in the home we ended up doing some of the staging ourselves, while Troy did digital staging of some of the other rooms. Troy reviewed the professional photography with us before our listing went live, he also added drone footage of the area surrounding our property and a 3D tour of the home. We especially liked the live floorplan that allows prospective buyers to click on rooms in the floorplan and see the corresponding pictures. Once our listing went live we had healthy interest from buyers and went pending within 3 days. Troy was invaluable during the inspection period that followed because a fair number of issues popped up during inspection. Troy’s construction background and relations with plumbers, electricians, etc, helped to keep the process well grounded, costs in check and the sale on track. All throughout, Troy was a great partner and we can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Troy!
Troy helped us to find the right house for our family!!! He has such a strong work ethic and a great communicator. He is always there for you and very resourceful! We really enjoyed working with him and will definitely work with him again when there is another opportunity.
Troy helped us as first-time home buyers navigate the entire process, including working with a VA loan. He made it a seamless experience, even with a few logistical hurdles along the way. He kept both the buyer and seller sides in sync and made sure things kept moving at every step. We felt more confident having Troy represent us in the purchase of our duplex, especially since it came with more complexity than a typical single-family home. He went above and beyond. If you have the opportunity to work with him, we highly recommend it—his guidance was top-notch throughout the entire process.
