Very impressed with Troy in regards to his knowledge of construction, zoning and entitlement issues with the local jurisdictions, that was really helpful and added much value to my transaction. We had some challenges on my end and he was great with communication and being prompt. Very impressed and hope to do many more transactions with Troy in the future.

Troy was amazing right from the start. His knowledge and contacts in the industry were something that money simply can't buy. We had a lot of concerns and questions about the process, and he seemed to have all the answers. We live about 1.5 hours away from the property, and Troy was able to help refer us to local businesses and contractors we could trust to help with some minor repairs. He was always just a phone call away, and was quick to give us updates on buyers and offers on the house.
