I don't normally write reviews as I take giving my word in recommendations very seriously. Troy is an exception to that rule. Until recently I worked for West Coast Bank as their OREO (Other Real Estate Owned) project manager. Over From 2009 to 2013 we received in many homes, developments, commercial properties and apartments into our RE portfolio for disposition. Troy was one of the realtors we used, with outstanding results. I found him to be responsive, competent and willing to go above and beyond just getting a property sold. When it came time to sell our home in Beaverton and move to Vancouver, I chose Troy from among a number or realtors with whom I had dealt professionally for years. Troy sold our home for the price listed and got us into our new home at the price we wanted to pay. We were able to close on both on the same day (which is very rare). Since then I have referred 3 friends to Troy who has been able to find each of them their first homes.

Troy met every expectation I had. He is kind and trustworthy; He did not require a preapproval letter before we started looking. He got us the house we wanted for the right price. He was quick to respond and fast to contact the listing agents. He had a great deal of information about the homes. Came prepared to homes. Knew the area.

Troy is a consummate professional who is punctual, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in order to make his clients happy. This was our first house buying experience and Troy was our third or fourth Realtor that we saw houses with. The first time we met he slowed the process down for us and walked us through the steps, complete with explanations of the various types of houses for sale (short sales, foreclosed, etc). He was always very upfront with us, offering his expertise after we had seen a house, giving us estimates of what he thought it would take to make it into what we wanted. Troy gave us the space we needed to look at houses and never said they were quaint or charming but offered important advice on what looked like it might need updated or reminded us to check for recent service to furnaces, water heaters etc. Troy always answered his phone or got back to you within hours, not days. It felt like Troy really wanted to find you the house you wanted, and was truly interested in that rather than making a sale.

Troy was very professional and did a great job in helping me find and purchase a home. He uses the latest technology and has a good rapport with other REALTOR(S) in the area.
